We have pleased to announce that we have expanded our partnership with Jr B Tier 1 Shamrocks. They will be involved with all of our evaluations for the 2017 season from Novice through to Midget for all skill levels.
Again for the 2017 season, the Sabrecats Board has elected to conduct separate A level tryouts in our Peewee, Bantam, and Midget age groups. This approach is in an effort to enhance the selection process for the A teams by providing floor time that is restricted to those who have declared an intent to pursue A level play.
Please be aware, because of the new Tiering structure introduced in 2016, we will only have 1 A team at Peewee, Bantam, and Midget
Players will elect to participate in A tryouts simply by going into the Registration System (click here) and signing up for their respective age group tryout and paying the $25 fee associated with A tryouts (called Spring Box - Peewee A Tryouts - 2017, Spring Box - Bantam A Tryouts - 2017, and Spring Box - Midget A Tryouts - 2017, respectively
).
No registrations for A Tryouts will be accepted after February 20, 2017.
This $25 Fee will allow us to cover the cost of the dedicated floor time.
Evaluations will consist of a mix of drills and games in order to provide evaluators with the maximum information possible with which to make a decision.
