Refunds on withdrawals will be considered on a case by case basis.   The withdrawal guideline is:

• 100% Fee Returned: Prior to: coordinator contact, evaluations (A level or division evaluations) or registration early rate expires.

• 100% Fee Returned Less $50 Administration Charge: Evaluations (A level or division evaluations) have started.  Note: The point of player assignment to a team may vary depending on the age group/division.

• 80% Fee Returned: After players evaluation for their age group (A level or division evaluations) are complete, prior to team placement, and without medical exception.

• 0% of Fee Returned: After team practices start, without medical exception.

• If Medical Exception is received, fees will be prorated based on timing within the season.
